12:30 Lunch at Ecohost Hai Hau + Short cooking demonstration of a traditional Nam Dinh dish (Nem nắm Hai Hau) and enjoy meal  (indoor or in the garden depending on the weather)

14:00 Water Puppet experience in Hong Quang Village, one of the most beautiful of Water Puppet villages in Vietnam.

 Visit and learn how to make a Puppet.

 Visit Thuy Dinh in Hong Quang Village 

 Hand on experience to play, perform and enjoy a minishow of Water Puppet at a local artist’s house (15-20min).

* Have a drink of green tea at his house before saying goodbye.
