- Original passport (with minimum validity of 6 months).;
- 02 photos 4cmx6cm (photo taken with white background, face looking straight);
- Copy of ID card;
- Birth certificate, household registration book (if applying for a visa for children traveling with);
- Phone number and information of relatives of the visa applicant.
