Option 1: If the guest is in Singapore
Step 1: Legal notarization of documents.
Step 2: Take it to the Singapore Law Institute.
Step 3: Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs attested.
Step 4: Legalize at the Embassy of Vietnam in Singapore.
Note: The first 2 steps are required.
Option 2: Guests are no longer in Singapore
Step 1: Legal notarization of documents.
Step 2: Take it to the Singapore Law Institute.
Step 3: Go to the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi or HCM for authentication.
Step 4: Consular Department of Vietnam legalize.
Note:
- With a university degree awarded by public schools in Singapore, you can skip the 2 steps of Judicial Notarization and the Singapore Law Institute.
- With a university degree from a private school; Certificate of experience; Health Certification; Criminal record: required through 2 steps of Notarizing Judiciary and Bringing to Singapore Law Institute).
Working time: The Singapore Consulate works every morning of the week. Results can be returned in the afternoon if the boss is at the office, otherwise, an appointment will be made.
